Meet your newest UWFS account feature, Spending Folders. If you’re already a UWFS customer and on your computer, log in to Online Banking and click Open a New Account under the Products menu. Once you've opened your new UWFS Checking Account, you'll receive your debit card in the mail within 7-10 business days. Activate your card and set your PIN as soon as it arrives and do not share it with anyone. You'll be able to change your PIN at any time in your UWFS app or Online Banking.

You don't have to have a smartphone, but we do recommend it for the best customer experience (which includes text messages related to your account) and on-the-go flexibility. If you don't have a smartphone, don't worry—you can bank just as easily from a computer or tablet.

Absolutely! You can link your UWFS Visa debit card to your preferred Apple Pay™^#, Google Pay™**, or Samsung Pay^^^ account. However, attempting to add an inactivated card will cause issues with the digital wallet, so be sure to activate your card before adding it!

Yes - it's so easy! Just log into the UWFS app or Online Banking, tap or click Pay/Transfer, then Pay a Person.

They will be added to your list of "People", shown when you click on the To section to send money—which means you won't have to add them again next time.(new paragraph) For extra security, you can add a secret security question and answer combo that only your intended recipient will know. That way, you'll know your money is going to the right person.

Of course! You have two options...you can Quick Pay a bill manually, or use Bill Pay for any ebills that you have setup. Log into the UWFS app or Online Banking, tap or click Pay/Transfer, then Pay a Bill.

UWFS doesn't provide checks because we're a digital bank. Checks can be expensive and can take longer to get your money where it’s supposed to go. Instead, you can use our easy-to-use Bill Pay, Transfer, and ‘Pay a Person’ features. If you really want to order paper checks to use, we'll support them!

UWFS will never charge you an ATM fee, even if you use an out-of-network ATM. However, the ATM owner might charge an ATM fee of their own. To avoid paying ATM fees, use one of the 55,000 FREE ATMs our Allpoint network. Just look for the green Allpoint logo before making a withdrawal, or find a free ATM near you. You can also get cash back when making everyday purchases using your debit card—just be sure to check with the merchant.

UWFS customers have FREE access to more than 55,000 Allpoint ATMs. These ATMs are located in leading local, regional, and national merchant locations (like CVS, Target, and Walgreens locations) in your community and around the world. Just look for the green Allpoint logo on participating ATMs, or find an ATM near you.

UWFS only supports internal instant transfers to/from one of your UWFS accounts to another. UWFS does not support instant transfers to/from external accounts or from money transfer apps, such as Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.
